We want you to love your look! We guarantee our services 100%. If you feel an adjustment needs to be made please contact us within 7 days of service.

Love Your Stylist?

Referring a friend is the best compliment you could give a stylist. Leave an honest Google & Yelp review. We appreciate it!

Running Late?

We understand emergencies happen. Give us a call if you’re running behind! We will do our best to accommodate you. After 15 minutes, if there is no communication with your stylist, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable security deposit per guest must be paid at the time of booking to secure any hair color service appointment that exceeds 2.5 hours or any appointments scheduled for a Saturday. Your security deposit will be applied towards your service(s).Deposits can be transferred a single time to another date if given 24 hours notice.

Long Appointment

Transformations can sometimes take a few hours. We love for our guests to be comfortable. Please bring a snack and your phone charger.

Model Release Form

We take pride in our art and love to share it with our community. During your visit, you may be photographed or recorded. Please let your stylist know if you are not comfortable with photos of your hair being taken and shared on social media.

Return Policy

We have recommended these professional products and want you to love your purchase. If a product just isn’t what you had hoped, you may exchange it for another product within 30 days of purchase.
