The Bello Babe Guarantee
If you feel an adjustment needs to be made, please contact us within seven days of your service. We are committed to making any needed corrections as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. You will be rebooked with the original stylist that did your hair. No refunds are given.
Bello Salon Booking Fee
A small booking fee is required to secure an appointment with Bello Salon.Â
- This fee is applied to the cost of the service
- It is non-refundable but can be transferred one time forward to another appointment if the original appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance
- It becomes non transferable in the event of a no call/ no show
- Our stylists take your hair (and your time) very seriously and look forward to your upcoming visit!
Long Appointment?
Transformations can sometimes take a few hours. We love for our guests to be comfortable. Please bring a snack and your phone charger.
Proper Color Maintenance
We all love for your color longevity to last. It’s important to keep in mind that some color services may need more upkeep depending on your homecare routine. Therefore, we express the importance of using the professional products recommended to you by your stylist to extend the life of your hair color.
Below we’ve listed the typical life cycle of color services dependent on if you’re using cold water and professional products:
Vivids: 4-12 weeks
Pastels: 1-2 weeks
Model Release Form
We take pride in our art and love to share it with our community. During your visit, you may be photographed or recorded. Please let your stylist know if you are not comfortable with photos of your hair being taken and shared on social media.

Running Late?
We understand emergencies happen. Give us a call if you’re running behind! We will do our best to accommodate you. After 15 minutes, if there is no communication with your stylist, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Return Policy
If a product just isn’t what you had hoped, you may exchange lightly used product for another product within 14 days of purchase.
